All personalized protocols come with supplement recommendations and dosing schedules, as well as dietary, exercise, and lifestyle suggestions. While we don't provide meal plans, we do offer a list of "safe" foods and those you should avoid for best results.
The Foundational Plan includes all the base supplements you need for a 4-month detox. The other 2 plans are personalized to your specific test results, and therefore supplements must be ordered separately.
We will recommend supplements based on your test results to address specific nutrition and detox needs. Supplements are often adjusted month to month depending on the detox phase and your body's response. Typical monthly costs for a complete supplement protocol average about $8–$12 per day. If you have budget constraints, we will suggest a scaled-back protocol that targets the most critical test-result areas.
